The Quantock Hills National Landscape and Somerset Art Works introduce a new project offering a series of creative workshops for AfriQuan groups and communities (African families living around the Quantock Hills in Somerset).

Creative activities will be led by artist Luan MacDonald and there will be opportunities to experience nature and explore collective cultural and historical perspectives. Taking place on the Quantock Hills and at National Trust Coleridge Cottage over the next six months,  we will investigate the myths and legends of migratory birds and their significance in the Quantocks ecosystem.

Over May - October regular workshops and sessions will be held to celebrate Somerset and African culture: Developed for AfriQuan groups, these sessions are open to anyone interested in connecting with these opportunities.

Attend as many sessions as you like, no experience is necessary.

Book your place for each session on Eventbrite. For more information and for booking please see our project page:
